Our lovely therapy room is hired by the half or full day on a contracted basis. The rooms are located in the original historic section of the building, and loaded with character.  The high ceilings allow for a feeling of spaciousness and the character details bring an elegance to the space.

 

You'll find the rooms beautifully decorated and outfitted with everything you need to create a peaceful and productive therapy space. You're clients will feel comfortable, cared for and at ease.

Koru studio is our 65 square meter studio space providing a top quality tranquil studio for your classes, workshops, retreats and events. We can fit up to 20 for yoga or 30 seated or standing.

​

Monday - Friday during term times (aligned with school terms) a variety of classes are on offer by independently operating skilled teachers and facilitators. Current class offerings include Pilates, yoga, and breathwork. The space suits well for most movement and embodiment based practices.

The space is available weekends for workshops and events.​​

Koru Oasis is our intimately sized 35 sq m (~8.1 m x 4.3m ) studio space providing a top quality tranquil studio for your classes, workshops, retreats and events. Oasis is set up to provide for up to 12, including instructor for yoga or meditation. 

 

You’ll be provided with top quality ammenities including Manduka yoga mats, Tribe bolsters, wool and plush blankets, blocks, straps, and more. You also have the option of tables and chairs for seated workshops and trainings.

We provide two separate comfortable spacious waiting areas for clients and studio attendees. Each area also has it's own kitchen facilities. There's a separate kitchen for practitioners, as well as a kitchenette adjacent to the studio spaces.

There are ample toilet facilities convenient to both the studios and therapy rooms. 

​

The studio at the back has the added bonus of private outdoor patio access.​
